Pitch:
The film will follow a single character throughout a portion of his life. A failure at a business attempt leaves him questioning himself and his family, which leads to a downward spiral.

He alienates his wife and son, driving them away completely. This makes his addiction worse as he sinks lower into the depth of drug addiction.

It will show some of the things he has done to get the money and/or the drugs, including theft, assault, ect.

It will be a regular movie with a different outlook on things. The idea behind it isn't that action-packed, but it is done to show how he went from a family, semi-successful life to a broke, nearly homeless drug abuser.

The transformation will come through in his characters appearance, as well as his ability to comprehend and understand things throughout the movie. Paranoia will eventually overtake him, leading to his hitting true rock bottom.
